About Radio DC Online Radio
The aim of community radio broadcasting is to focus on differenttarget groups, especially women and children. The essence ofthe functioning ofthe community radio station therefore is to create awareness in masses through variety edutainment.
The community radio station, Radio DC, at DC School of Management & Technology (DCSMAT) was inaugurated on 6th January 2006 as a non-commercial and non-profit organisation. Radio DC 90.4 MHz community radio transmitter covers a radius of around 15 Km air distance around the station.
Radio DC community radio station is committed to design, develop and broadcast programmes of immediate relevance to the community. The station focusses on programmes of interestto target groups like women and children, youth and the fishing community.
